This is strange, I am having an identical issue w/ Aruba APs and my dell S4048-ON. Every 4 hours, I get a very similar log entry where the MAC associated w/ the AP IP changes from the AP to the firewall, and then very quickly back to the AP. Every 4 hours, and only with the access points.
